  February 5, 2011 - Complex nose of wax, honey, quince, hints of apricot and pear. In the mouth, as it usual with Chave aomas are perfectly pure and fresh. There is the right amount of freshness which sharpen the perception of the flavours. Initially, the wine is a bit closed and tight but throughout the evening it opens up and blooms.
  It can last more years.
