  February 12, 2011 - Just delicious. Not much alcohol, or acids (but enough) to balance out some delicious berries. Fruit of rasberry, watermelon, dark plums. Almost candied but with enough depth to pair with light/medium fare as we had tonight. Would make a great hit with a group or reception. Drink now because it may not improve from here.
