February 12, 2011 - paired with a roast garlic & herb crusted roast pork tenderloin, grilled asparagus and roast garlic mashed potatoes. Good pairing, but no real synergy.
Decanted15 or 20 minutes before drinking.
Excellent wine. Big, but not jammy. Well balance oak. Hints of leather, vanilla, currants.7,349 views
