  February 14, 2011 - Consumed for Valentine's Day Dinner. Dark garnet in color. Lots of dark berries and nice floral on the nose. On the palate, dark sweet berries and dark chocolate, some coffee notes, some spice, leaving a nice long creamy finish. Definitely New World CA in style but well balanced and delicious. This reminds me of the 2002 Insignia when young. Delicious and drinking well now. This is one winery that I definitely support. Great wine, great people.
