February 14, 2011 - Wow. Nice champagne. Very golden/carmel colored. Crisp pear mousse mouthfeel with a bite of cashew and citrus/lemon finish. Smooth and delicious, dry but not acidic. Beautiful champagne. Was perfect with jumbo prawns and crab legs. Loved it.
