  February 18, 2011 - Another excellent wine from Heitz. It has a ruby red color, medium/heavy body and 14.5% alcohol. It gives off aromas of cassis, plums, red berries, dried fruits, dark fruits and spice. It has a flavor profile that matches. The wine is nicely balanced and will be at its best between 2014-2026+ in my opinion.
