  February 26, 2011 - Pheasant feast at Elwing's. Yet another perfect bottle, although it was consumed at midnight after numerous previous bottles, it came through nicely with that trademark floral nose. Fruit is holding up well, still some tannins, but they are silky smooth. These bottles have been perfectly stored in a damp Scottish cellar and i think they still have 10 plus years of life ahead.
