  February 27, 2011 - Brought this to a wonderful tasting at the Beverly Hill Cheese Store. This was paired with Fois Gras with blue cheese polenta & honeycomb. A perfect pairing it was showing golden hues with rich minerrality and a sweet nose. The oldest wine in the tasting did not disappoint. Thank you Chambers for having this beauty on your shelves.
