  February 23, 2011 - Surprising and disappointing considering our other experiences with VC -- this had no vibrancy, no acidity; totally flabby; slightly minerally, watery taste; minerality could have been nice but was too brought down by the (lack of) structure; we had marked this down in CT as being from '08, but it turned out to be '06 in a tricky font, so perhaps a little past its prime
