  February 27, 2011 - Not bad but less interesting than I hoped: less bubbly than most sparkling, and milder more one-dimensional flavor than a good pinot. The winery suggests serving chilled per the bubbles but for my remaining bottle I'll try a bit warmer per the other taster's notes. Brought to Oscar party; no real tasting notes, but one person really liked it while the rest of us thought it decent but unexciting.
