  March 6, 2011 - Nice nose with citris and a light ocean air like tone. Upon opening a lemon, citris palate with some smoke that eventually was less as the wine sat and a touch of mineral stone. Acid seemed a little slow developing for the first 20 to 30 minutes, but as the smoke slowly faded the acid started to show up. At this point the wine hit a great balance with the minerality(stone), lemon, and acid. Drinking very well with a medium finish. A great example of an elegant wine with good structure and balance with a feminine grip.
