  Flavourful
  Flavours: Apple, slightly citrusy, minerals.
  Very high acidity which nicely balances out the sweetness. Just a very slight syrupy feel on the tongue. A charming wine, very enjoyable. Great paired with a goat cheese brie, it really brought out the salty flavour of the cheese.
