  March 13, 2011 - I tasted this at the winery and it is very sweet which is not my taste. Leans towards cola, raisin, licorice, and chocolate without much balance. I would pair this with a chocolate dessert and not food. Not what I would expect from a Ridge Zinfandel and I'm glad I tasted it before I opened to drink with a meal. Tastes more like a late harvest wine or port then a Zin.
