  Color: Dark purple.
  Aromas: Vanilla, floral, dark fruits, coffee notes, baking spices. Smacks of blueberry pie or cobbler. Yum.
  Taste: Blueberry pie again with vanilla ice cream on top. Baking spices, and definitely some healthy oak treatment, but I guess I can handle it and not but totally turned off by it. It gives it a big mouth feel. I had this with a prime bone-in ribeye and thought it went well. Sure there are better wines, but not many at this particular restaurant.
  Overall: It was worth a little less than half the restaurant price, but it worked for me. Not bad, but not great either.
