  March 19, 2011 - Very nice sweet wine. Honey, floral, sweet fruits on the nose, somewhat creamy body and nice acidity balances the sugar for a mouthwatering effect. Drank about room temperature. Went very well with a salty Mediterranean spread.
  
  Tried it the next day chilled,and it lost the creaminess of body, the richness of the nose, and the flavors got significantly greener, with a little sweaty sock in the garage note (and not in a good way). I put it back in the bottle and set it on the counter for tomorrow.
