  March 19, 2011 - Absolutely yummy! After 30 minutes in a decanter it really shines!
  
  Nose: Peat, heat, caramel, brown sugar, oak?, and a hint of cherry
  Pallet: Explosion of wonderful flavors and sexy tannins. Cherries, strawberries, malt?, oak and cedar?, and so very smooth.
  Legs: Caramelly tannins that go on for a good 15-20 seconds.
  
  Getting better and better...glad I have 6 remaining!
