  March 21, 2011 - Pale golden color in the glass. Aromas of apricots and a lovely floral undertone. Quite viscous mouth-feel with an immediate impression of apricots, then lightly sweet baked goods, then a long, interesting finish. Would be excellent as an apertif, or with light fare such as lemon-infused chicken dishes or shellfish.
