  March 28, 2011 - Gorgeous rich golden colour with excellent balance of minerality and citrus fruit. It definitely benefited from exposure to air and after 2 to 3 hours showed great depth with buttery, soft white fruits combining excellently with the steely mineral and lemon notes. Will certainly improve over next 5 years.
