  April 4, 2011 - Popped and poured. Cork half saturated - heat stress? Anyway, just didn't do it for me. Sour dark cherries on the palate, similar but a bit dirty (and not in a good way) on the nose. A bit of aniseed on the finish, with a little heat. Had much higher expectations in comparison to an excellent experience almost across the board with 2002 burgundy. Avoid if you're contemplating buying, there's better out there for the same price.
