  April 24, 2011 - Straight out of the bottle at cellar temperature (~11 C) the nose is soaring with all the good stuff... Brambly raspberry and blackberry compote with other red and black fruits too, mixed with cinnamon spice, chocolate and a bit of cloves and nutmeg. Outstanding! Really the nose I had hoped for! Taste is a bit unresolved, so I'll give it an hour or two before I consume the rest, but by then this PC will be turned off, so the result won't be posted:-P ...At the moment it is really wonderful but with a bit too much salty licorice for my taste, hope air will let this blow off. This keeps it from being extraordinary. It is sooooo delicious! Highly recommended and in no risk of going downhill anytime soon. 92+
