  April 24, 2011 - Decanted for an hour, and drank over the next three hours. For the first three hours the tannins dominated. Just when I was about to give up hope, the wine opened up beautifully. Plums, cassis and dark chocolate, with the eucalyptus and bay leaf. This probably needs several more years in the cellar.
