April 28, 2011 - Flavors very well married...palatte evolves beautifully into a super clean finish, left with a touch of acid and an otherwise completely neutral palatte. Loved this wine. Predominant flavor is approxomately rasberry. Yeast present. After some time to open, creamy flavors develop.
