  April 30, 2011 - Magnum at Morimoto in Napa. Just absolutely perfect. I'm not a Chard fan, but this might convert me. Josh makes incredible Cabs, but when a white is what you need (or just want!) this is the one. Complex. Tropical/Citrus. A little creamy but not lick-a-stick-of-butter disgusting. Perfect acidity to pair wonderfully with food, and just incredible balance. This is the Chard for Cab lovers - big, complex and substantial. The '08 was the best Chard I'd ever had, and this one didn't dissapoint. The four of us polished off the Magnum and wanted more...
