  May 6, 2011 - Decanted one hour. Consumed quickly. Youthful ruby red in the glass. Soft nose of plums and cassis, with some dark chocolate and a weird note of popcorn. Rich red fruit on the palate, with intense cuban cigars, espresso and white pepper. Long finish. Still very tannic, with a long, happy life ahead. Seavey always delivers.
