  May 15, 2011 - This wine shows cinnamon, red cherries, strawberry syrup, rose petals, lavender and cola on the nose. The palate starts light but then adds a good structure across the mid palate. It is smooth and velvety in the palate showing flavors of coal and cherries and leaving a very pleasurable finish. It is very good but I do not see it aging any longer. Drink it now while you can.
