  July 31, 2009 - Goodbye tasting for Michael (Michaels appartment): Clear red color with a browning hue. Obviously matured nose with a nuanced spectrum of aromas such as scorched earth, tobacco, leather, vanilla, coffee, oatmeal porridge, red berries, rust and cabbage. On the palate it remains equally fresh, intense and nuanced with notes of cherry fruit, camphor, animal dung and rust. On the finish more animalistic notes show up along with prunes and other dried berries.
