  July 31, 2009 - Goodbye tasting for Michael (Michaels appartment): Amber golden color. Very intense and exciting nose with apricot, orange marmalade spices and perfumed tea leaves. On the palate the viscosity is syrup-like with layers of dried fruits, apricots, figs, dates, orange peel and caramel. More complexity on the midpalate and finish with notes of lavender, spice market, hot stones and rubber. Lots of lift from the striking acidity. Long, long aftertaste.
