  May 21, 2011 - Intense nose of kirsh, dry rose, coffee, autumn forest and meaty hints with a small touch of game. Aromas are pure and perfectly designed. In the mouth, the texture is smooth like silk, but the rounded tannins makes the fragrance extremely vivid. The palate is complex. Kirsh and rose lead to autumn forest soil with meaty hints. The finale is incredebly long and balanced.
