May 21, 2011 - This wine is showing its aged. Still drinks well but color is beyond straw and approaching a light butterscotch revealing some oxidation. Acid is in decline. Still paired well with chicken in cream sauce, but the Schramsberg 2006 Blanc de Blanc was better with it.
