  May 22, 2011 - Cork came out fine with the aid of an ah-so. Deep red with very minimal bricking around the meniscus. Upon opening, the nose was of a classic aged Bordeaux - cedar, pencil shaving, and some fruit. Nice acidity that was almost shrill in the beginning, which finally gave way to lovely fruit and a nice texture.
