  May 22, 2011 - Nose: light pepper, with dark raspberry.
  
  Taste: dark red fruits with wild berry, medium body and finish.
  
  Served with Med. chicken with lots of spices and it paired well.
  
  Minimal decanting, might have opened more and made me wonder if this will continue to age and taste even better.
