  May 24, 2011 - I was going to hold on to my remaining bottles for some time, but after reading comments here, decided to give another bottle a try. It had matured significantly in what I consider to be a short time, and I enjoyed it much more. I did the pop and pour as suggested by other reviewers, and while the nose is still somewhat closed, the flavor was bursting with fruit. Mouthfeel was great, as well. I do feel that several more months on my remaining bottles will reward me, but I might be similarly tempted by other positive reviews.
