  June 3, 2011 - pop and pour. experience pretty much the same as last time. Just velvet and pure fruit with underlying bacon fat and bit of game. great again! I see GV just tasted this. GV please don't tell everyone to get on this mailing list. M Smith only makes 46 cases of this..... My allocation must be more than 3 bottles in the future!! LOL.
