  June 3, 2011 - Dark inky purple. Somewhat reluctant nose to open. An hour of air reveals red berry, asian spices, black berry and and oak. Smooth, sweet red and black fruit with an accompanying peppered and smoked deli meat taste. Sweet fruit and mild tanin on the finish.
