  June 3, 2011 - Sublime, fully mature wine with a wonderful slight browning around the edges. Although not gonna get any better, it sure is not going downhill, although I would not wait. This wine was stored in perfect conditions since purchase at the winery. Last one. Enjoyed at our favorite private club in town with steak & lobster.
