  June 4, 2011 - pop and pour. Nose fully evolved --mature cabernet with mix of fruit and earthiness; slight tobacco too. palate was medium bodied but very smooth with similar flavors as the nose. finsih a bit acidic. wine fell off some after 2-3 hrs. Went terrific with bone in ribeye. Drink now.
