  June 18, 2011 - To my glee, the cork was like new: barely stained, and solid as a rock. A terrific cab that's not getting better, but is not far off its peak. It will hold up for another few years at least -- who knew? Paired perfectly with w/pork milanese, quinoa, and braised spring greens. I wish I had another.
