  June 19, 2011 - Serious potential ... tasted out of the cellar/bottle and then drank with dinner 3 hours later, and the wine clearly opened up more with each passing minute. Gobs of dark dark berry with some bacon fat and just the right amount of smokiness. Tannins there, but balanced.
