  July 2, 2011 - medium to full body, dark woody red fruits with hints of vanilla on the nose, may evolve after an hour or 2 decanting. very one dimensional on the palate - blue-berry+vanilla pie. does drink like a typical mountain wine, a little harsh on the edges..tannins are beginning to tame down, short to medium finish. will try this wine in 24 hours after vacuum sealing with a rubber stopper.
