  July 3, 2011 - Beautiful pale champagne-like hue and color. Pleasing nose of cleanliness, marshmallows, hints of lemon-lime, with appropriate intensity. Good mouthfeel, acidity, weight, and it's some structure. Definitely a different bet. Acidity with some grip, some (medium) finish, hints of grapefruit, but lots of other citrus notes. Leave it open an hour for the some fake sensation to go flying off. Worthy and worthwhile. Pleasant and entertaining. 86 but maybe 87.
