July 3, 2011 - Wow, this is a very serious and meritorious Chardonnay, characterwise worthy. Comes up to your nose unadvertedly and non-stop, with clear vanilla and chardonnay skin aromas. So nice! Non-the-least bashful on the palate right away, show all but the kitchen sink, from character, immediate attack, oak (of course), nuances of vanilla, gorgeous mid-body and substance, ACIDITY! Fruit for ages! Green grape, macadamia nut, champagne liquour, creamy texture, Sudamerican terroir, fullness, ripeness, just the right amount of green tannins but non to be disarmonic, fullness to coat and offer feel. Kudos! Great food worthiness. Isn't wine what is all about?
