  July 5, 2011 - Opened an hour or two before dinner, drank a glass with dinner, then drank the rest after the kids went to bed (about 4 hours after opening). Dark berries and a floral component, definitely picked up meatier flavors, as well as a touch of licorice and smoke over the course of the evening. Big but balanced with pure flavors and a clean finish. I'll bet on this aging nicely.
