  July 9, 2011 - 09 disgorged, nice golden color, pretty oxidative baked apple nose, big and powerful and with v nice mineral backbone. Only thing strange abt this disgorgement is that the sweetness is more like a brut or demi sec and not like an extra brut that it is supposed to be, but the sheer depth is more impressive than the initial of a similar age.
