  September 15, 2010 - Cellar Tasting with Christophe Roumier (Chambolle Musigny): Barrel tasting at Domaine. Best young Bonnes Mares I have ever had. Very subtle to start - wild strawberry, red cherry with a hint of cocoa. Then the flavors just explode in your mouth, showing powerful fruit, lots of pepper and spice. Very powerful, long finish.
