  July 25, 2011 - Very earthy nose with underbrush, iron and vegital notes mixed with a touch of ovaltine.
  The palate shows solid fruit intensity of current, plum and blackberry. Notes of old chest, gravel, cocoa, anise and tomato leaf give this a complex rustic flavor while the mouthfeel is quite silky. Soft earthy finish goes on and on.
  I opened two bottles and surprisingly they didn't throw much sediment at all...
