  As a follow-up, this was left in the refrigerator for a day and really improved. It showed vivid acidity, a well-balanced sweetness and a lovely perfume - remarkable and a testament to the longevity of these 2008 Chidaines - store them away for your children, or drink them slowly a few nights.
