  July 28, 2011 - Had this one about two years ago and it was far too tight for my palate. Time has done wonders. Open, soft, and delicious. Bright and creamy cherry and red/black currant, floral/herbal--almost Provencal. Long, sweet, chocolatey, smooth, seamless finish. I love it. Good for the next four to six years.
