  July 31, 2011 - Probably a little past its best, but very interesting. Rich deep golden colour, predominantly honey nose. Previous notes of petrol and burnt matches (present in 08) gone. Lemons on the pallete, sweet upfront, med length, good acidity.
  Will generate plenty more things to talk about before we reach the bottom of the bottle!
