  July 31, 2011 - Beautiful with grilled lamb. Red and blue fruit with cherry, blueberry and cassis. High alcohol content (16%) good structure creates nice balance. Acidity cuts the fat in the grilled meat. Earth and leather tones carry through. Fully integrated tannins lead to a satiny finish. Drinking perfectly now. Probably has few more years at most.
