August 5, 2011 - The nose shows lots of petrol, pear and peach aromatics. Palate is rife with green apple and lemon tart. Creamy texture, very light on its feet. Refreshing and delicious. Not meant for too much aging, drink this with some spicy Vietnamese, Japanese or Thai and enjoy.
